Donna Dugo vs. The Home Depot. Attorney Newman was co-counsel in this employment law discrimination civil complaint against the Home Depot, representing the 
Plaintiff. The issues were disability discrimination, harassment and retaliation., 2017.  Settled.  The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.

Manfred, Michael vs. Deborah Rainey Case No.: COCE14009240 Attorney Newman represented the plaintiff in this unpaid wages and breach of contract claim, 
resulting in a judgment against the defendant., 2014.  

Alejandro Mainetto vs MSH Intl Inc, et.al. Case No.: CACE13017758 Attorney Newman represented the plaintiff in this FLSA unpaid wages civil lawsuit., 2013.

Victory Petroleum, Inc. Victory Petroleum, Inc. hired the Law Office of Annette Newman, LLC to draft their employee policies and employee handbook when they 
acquired 38 Exxon Mobil stores in 2010., 2010

Chapman v. Florida Department of Corrections et al, Case #: 1:14-cv-24140. Attorney Newman was co-counsel in this civil rights case,representing the family 
members.  This case involved the wrongful death of Darren Rainey, a former inmate at a FDOC prison.  Settled.  The terms of the settlement agreement are

CMCO Mortgage LLC Plaintiff vs. Thecia Maurone-Toth, et al Defendant. Attorney Newman represented the Defendant in this breach of contract case resulting
 in a dismissal.
